House of Science
The Science House building is designed according to smart home operating principles with high energy efficiency. The building's heating, ventilation, cooling, and lighting systems are automated, saving resources. Some of the building's foundation piles are thermal piles, and heating and cooling equipment for using geothermal energy was added to them as part of the Green University project. The Science House uses "cold ceiling" technology – a cooling and heating system is built into the concrete ceilings, through which water flows for heating or cooling.
